    Communication and customer service was very good. The time from order to delivery was adequate for my purposes. As far as the shipping the rug could of been in better status upon arrival if the rug was rolled and not folded into an envelope. The materials used are nice and the feel of the rug is superb.

My husband loves his Miami Dolphins helmet rug. It looks great in his man cave. It's made well. It"s soft and comfy when you step on it. The only thing he didn't really like was how it was packaged. He found it left lines in the rug. They are slowly going away but it takes some time . Other then that the rug is really cool and my hubby is happy with it.
